Heel pain due to prolonged immobility was created by Georgakopoulou
Hello! I was bedridden for about two months because of a knee problem, and now I cannot lie on my back because my heels hurt. At first my heels became red, so I stopped letting them touch the mattress. They seem to have suffered the kind of pressure damage that occurs with bedsores. I can walk now, but I still cannot rest my heels on the mattress. My skin is not red anymore, I assume that the nerves or tissues inside have been damaged. Do you think MMS could help me?I am taking 5 drops, five times a day. Last year, it completely cured a serious problem I had with hemorrhoids! At that time, I was taking only 4 drops in the morning and 4 drops in the evening for 45 days.

Borax, Brown's Gas, Vax Shedding fix, Pure Gum Turpentine, Kerosene, Castor oil, Rife, Bob Beck, MWO, Specific Carbohydrate Diet, Raw Green Juice, Zeolite, DMSO, Ozone, H2o2, Clo2 and keeping your wits about you.

Hello,
MMS is worth taking and it can help many things, see if it makes a difference.
I would however add DMSO to your day and you can drink it and or rub it onto your feet and it will absorb into your skin and body. DMSO helps with circulation and can free up local problems and can facilitate MMS moving into tissue.
You can buy 70% DMSO and I drink 10ml no problem in one go (in juice as it is tastes bad) but work up to this. Start with much less and take it at your pace. Rub as much as you want onto your feet/legs every day. It can make drugs penetrate or work more effectively so I would not mix medication/drugs with DMSO if you are taking them.
It can help with pain too in that it helps blood into restricted parts and gets things moving.
I have seen this work on sore and also numb spots from lying in bed too long and it brought back feeling in most of that, but it was not months in bed.
I would give it a go, it can't hurt. All the best.
