best protocol for a benign neck or gland tumor

did a scan.  benign but Ive had it on my neck for a while.  Not sure the best CDS, MMS and DMSO protocol to eliminate it.  Any experience or expertise is a appreciated.

I am now using CDS and so recommend it over MMS but either will work (I still love MMS). This link you can follow as a protocol if you like. You might want to start off with less and build to that. I personally dive in but you can follow this second link to start off slow as a guide

You can't go too wrong with this and you can also add it topically later if you like and learn more. Start with the basics.

DMSO can be added, some rub it on their legs and it will smell less that way. Too many complain of a garlic smell but I like garlic. You can drink it also. It is very safe to drink but do not combine with drugs, painkillers etc. You can add DMSO later as you learn more about it. I myself just drink it as needed and have had 10ml each day for a few days and only felt better. But again, you should build up to this and use your body as a guide. You might only begin with drops of it.

Start with CDS and work your way up.

I would really recommend buying the book also by Jim Humble as it gives the full picture and is easy to follow.

Andreas also has good books. They are worth their money. I would buy from their site and not a "changed, unauthorized" version from Amazon etc.
