Making Hydrochloric acid

I have been given this advice to make hydrochloric acid. I am using Joseph Marcellos book for teeth protocols. Is there a source I can either buy some pure Muriatic acid or some already made pure hydrochloric acid? Is the impure stuff from any hardware store really suitable? I’d appreciate any advice and assistance. I am using citric acid to activate my drops, but thought I’d try hydrochloric acid as it might be better for teeth. 

Recipe for hydrochloric made from Muriatic acid;

HCl, if one gets 31% muriatic the recipe is 65 ml of 31% Muriatic per
500 ml container, so 435 mils water, 65 31% MURIATIC.
Liter 125 mls 875 mils distilled water.

Muriatic acid is not pure at all. Strong HCL can be very dangerous to work with. 

I stopped using HCL because I lost $2000 worth of handguns that were in the same closet as the HCL, because the 37% HCL attacked the metal of the guns. The HCL was inside one glass container which was inside a plastic bottle and the HCL gas still escaped. I would suggest to buy 4% HCL from a supplier and not dilute strong HCL down to 4%.
