I take CD first thing in the morning and don't eat for 1.5-2 hours.  After I take CD, would there be any harm or loss of efficacy if I did oil pulling right after ingesting CD? Oil pulling is an Ayurvedic practice that involves swishing oil around the mouth for about 20 min (I use coconut oil).

I would separate ingesting MMS1 and oil pulling by at least 30 minutes. You did not mention if you drink coffee or tea, but those should not be taken on days that you ingest MMS1.
