Morning and night CDS

If I am into bodybuilding and want to use CDS just to give me that bit of boost and keep issues at bay, I would like to use CDS in the early morning and before sleeping to detox the body every day. 

I have bottles of CDS 0.03, and how many drops should I put in a litre of water and drink?

I know this is not part of the great protocols, but I wish to use it at times when it doesn't interfere with my intake of good foods and antioxidants, and even medications that I am on for nerve damage and other things post an accident 

Can anyone help with dosage . Please do not refer me to those books that I need to pay for to read up on. I am not interested in spending unnecessary money when its easily discussable on here.

If you had read his books, you would not be asking such CDS questions here. Do your own research to know more about CDS and MMS.
