Taking mms2 via regular bottled water was created by MonkeMMS
Hello, I've been on the starting procedure still for a bit and wanted to prepare for when I start taking mms2. I've been wondering, however, if it is safe to take the mms2 capsules with regular bottled water? I dont have a water distiller yet, so I was planning on taking it with the spring water bottles I have. Also, in one of the books I downloaded it says to take mms2 capsules "dry". Does that just mean you take the capsule with powder in it normally or does it mean you have to take the capsule by itself without drinking water first, then drinking the water right after?

Hello, I've been on the starting procedure still for a bit and wanted to prepare for when I start taking mms2. I've been wondering, however, if it is safe to take the mms2 capsules with regular bottled water? Any clean water can be used with MMS2. If you use bottled water, check the label for the ingredients. Some have added fluoride.

Does that just mean you take the capsule with powder in it normally or does it mean you have to take the capsule by itself without drinking water first, then drinking the water right after? I would suggest to only refer to Jim Humble's books for how to take MMS2 capsules.
