Hashimotos

Can mms be used with Hashimotos?
my TPO antibodies off the charts and attacking my thyroid causing hair loss and painful trichodynia (scalp pain )
do you think mms is worth a try since hashimotos is a chronic illness and it’s the inflammation causing it to attack
