Binder

I have read that it is wise to rake a binder whilst on an MMS protocol. Is this correct?
If yes, any recommendations?

Just one thing about that PDF.

Under the amount of Bentonite Clay to take it says 1.25 - 2.5 mg 

That is wrong it should be grams and not milligrams.

Thank you, Structgirl. I am currently working on revising the binder’s pdf and will make a note of that error. I wanted people to start low with clay…but not that low.
