Anyone brushing their teeth with MMS1? was created by Boonsy2
I'm just curious how long it took you to start seeing a difference. I've been brushing 3 times a day for the last 3 weeks and have noticed zero change in my teeth. Not that I'm expecting to see anything this quickly because I do have pretty bad gum recession and yellowing. I think it'll take some time. I just don't know how long to expect for something like that. Anyone with experience with this who would like to share would be much appreciated! Thank you!

I would not brush teeth with MMS1 or CDS because of the low pH of both (3.5 and 4.5). It is possible to brush off tooth enamel.I'm just curious how long it took you to start seeing a difference. But you can add a pinch of baking soda to up the pH and then brush your teeth?

But you can add a pinch of baking soda to up the pH and then brush your teeth? I would say yes, you could do that. Some people brush their teeth with only baking soda, but it is abrasive and could also damage tooth enamel if used too often.

Jim Humbles book has a specific protocol for brushing with ClO2 and talks about how it's not even as acidic as some fruits that people eat regularly so it it's okay. I've been following this protocol. Also, I've tested the Ph and it's as mild as my baking soda toothpaste and is at a Ph of about 6 while, after brushing with it, my saliva is at around an 8.

I brush with regular toothpaste, floss, and irrigate with a waterpik. Afterwards I rinse with diluted CDS (2/3 water and 1/3 CDS). I beleive it will get where it needs to go without having to brush with it. The CDS has helped with tooth pain and I believe corrected the problem more than once.

I have gum recessions and also bone loss. 2 teeth loose(one is mortar), the one next to the mortar hit chilly seeds last Christmas and it was very loose and also abscess started. I couldn't use left jaw for 2 or 3 months.
Dentists did a deep clean in March and said that tooth has to be out. I did another deep clean in May and the dentist nearly convinced me to pull it out.
I'd been brushing with MMS1 since Christmas and also swashing everyday until March, changed to CDS(easier).
After the first deep clean, I used floss picks dipping into CDS to clean plus swashing with CDS.
The big change happened after I started using interdental brushes dipping into CDS after May. The dentist told me that tooth would never firm up, but now it's getting much much better, though it's still a bit loose, the abscess was there for 6 months and finally it shrink after I started using interdental brushes dipping into CDS, 3 times a day after meals. Now I only do twice - morning and evening, also evening I add floss picks. I'll keep it until that tooth really firms up.
Now the details:
CDS for dipping the floss picks and interdental brushes: 4 - 6ml CDS add to 20ml distilled water
swashing CDS: 10ml add to 100ml distilled water (it last for 1 or 3 days depends how much you use every time)
The interdental brushes I use is Piksters brand #8 #7 #5 and #0 some of My gaps are so big
Hope this is helpful and please report back if you try this
