The only thing I found for using CLO2 for neuropathy was Andreas Kalcker's CDS Protocol-L . And that was for diabetic neuropathy.

For eye issues, 3% DMSO may help with a detached retina. I have been working on a 3% DMSO eye protocol, but it is not finished. I don't want to publish it here yet, but I could email it to you. If you want me to do that, go to my website MMSinfo.org and click on the "Ask a Question" button and I will reply to you.

I feel like you are also referring to diabetic retinopathy or macular degeneration.  I use 1ml of 3000ppm CDS, 0.90gm of table salt, 0.6ml of DMSO in a 100ml of distilled water in a spray bottle and spray a few times in a day for macular degeneration. I started recently, so I have no idea whether it improved. Yet what I can say is I have replaced all eye medications with the combo for chronic iritis and macular degeneration, fyi. Mileages may vary if that helps you.

The page you are referring to "Ask a Question" (mmsinfo.org/page2.html) did not work for me. I got a blank page that reads,

For some reason, the form is not displaying. I did receive a question earlier today from this page, but is not working now. This is the first time this has failed in about 10 years. Let's wait a while and see if Jotform returns.

@Tokary

The "Ask a Question" form is working again. No idea where the problem occurred.
