I haven't taken MMS and CDS for a long time
So now I have to start from the beginning.
I see that if I take only a quarter drop of CDS (not MMS) and after an hour another quarter drop of CDS it causes a bad reaction.
And I know that these are the instructions in the Clara 6 protocol to take the same amount after an hour.
And even more so in the 3000 or 1000 protocol that you have to take the same amount of drops after an hour.
Maybe I need to do a longer interval between drops.
I would love to get help from those with experience

CDS and MMS1 are very different. I would suggest to add 1ml of 3000ppm CDS to one liter of water and dose 100ml of that 1 liter, hourly. That dosage is one tenth the normal Protocol-C10. It could be called Protocol-C1. Hourly ingestion would be 1/10 of a ml of 3000ppm CDS. 

Unless you have the MTHFR gene mutation, you should not experience any negative side effects.

And even more so in the 3000 or 1000 protocol that you have to take the same amount of drops after an hour.

Maybe I need to do a longer interval between drops. You could do that.

1. For the previous time, I started with a very low dose of MMS something like a quarter of a drop (which is actually parallel to 20 drops CDS = ml 1).
And now I see that with the CDS one washing is 1/20 from the drop of MMS so it is also gradually.
Could it be easier for me to start with MMS than CDS?
Although the CDS is easier for me.

2. I would be happy to understand if I tried to start with a drop of CDS and it made me side effects how can I start with 2 drops? It turns out to make it good for me

CDS and MMS1 are very different and you can't compare dosing due to stomach acid's activation of residual SCS (MMS) with MMS1, which does not happen with CDS.

I would suggest to follow CDS Protocol-C1, which is 1ml of 3000ppm CDS added to 1 liter of water and dosed 100ml per hour for 10 hours daily. Let us know how that works for you.

And please, no coffee or tea before dosing begins nor during the 10 hours of dosing. Also, only non-antioxidant snacks beginning 20 minutes after a dose and finish eating 10 minutes later.

Are there any vitamins and substances that are prohibited during the day?
2. Right now I see that the closest I can manage to take is a dose of half a drop (I will slowly increase the dose) every two hours,
This also happened to me when I did a treatment with vitamin C, the closest I was able to take without reactions was the closest to once every two hours.

If so, and in fact I will take it every two hours, it will really fill the whole day
So what about the vitamins that are allowed to be taken, when is the right time to take them?

So what about the vitamins that are allowed to be taken, when is the right time to take them? The best time to take vitamins would be beginning one hour after your last CLO2 dose of the day, because CLO2 lasts about one hour when ingested. 

Have you been tested to see if you have the MTHFR gene mutation? 
 

I don't know, I can get tested if necessary.
The question is, is there a real treatment for this?
Today, apart from quinoa, buckwheat, almonds, and a certain number of nuts and vegetables, I can't eat anything. It creates a reaction of chronic weakness - chronic fatigue syndrome.
And so with different types of nutritional supplements, I can't take every one. To prevent a reaction, I'm careful and test each supplement on a frequency device before I take it to see if it can cause a reaction.
