I haven't taken MMS and CDS for a long time
So now I have to start from the beginning.
I see that if I take only a quarter drop of CDS (not MMS) and after an hour another quarter drop of CDS it causes a bad reaction.
And I know that these are the instructions in the Clara 6 protocol to take the same amount after an hour.
And even more so in the 3000 or 1000 protocol that you have to take the same amount of drops after an hour.
Maybe I need to do a longer interval between drops.
I would love to get help from those with experience

I see that if I take only a quarter drop of CDS (not MMS) and after an hour another quarter drop of CDS it causes a bad reaction. CDS is dosed by the ml and not drops. CDS and MMS1 are very different. I would suggest to add 1ml of 3000ppm CDS to one liter of water and dose 100ml of that 1 liter, hourly. That dosage is one tenth the normal Protocol-C10. It could be called Protocol-C1. Hourly ingestion would be 1/10 of a ml of 3000ppm CDS.

Unless you have the MTHFR gene mutation, you should not experience any negative side effects.
