MMS and Bartonella.

I have been suffering from mold mycotoxins and Bartonellosis for several years. I've been on herbs and antibiotics, which messed me up, and did not eliminate symptoms. I started Protocol 1000 4 weeks ago and feel like a new man. Headache gone, energy returning, joy to be alive.
My question is this: as Bartonella has a persistor form, how long should I do MMS? I recently read that MMS shouldn't be done more than 3 weeks, but don't have any way to verify this. 
LMK if you have specific experience here.
