Yes, they did. But, they did not offer that info, I had to ask.

Hi. I have not spent much time reading the book, yet. One reason is that I want to take it to Staples to have the binding cut off and a spiral binding put on, so the pages will lay flat when reading the book. 

The other reason is that I have been too busy!
