Hopper Topic Author Offline New Member Posts: 2 Thank you received: 0	I have started protocol 1000, and I developed an aching pain in my legs. Is this normal? After about 3 hours of sleep I wake up with the pain. It mostly goes away once I get up and walk around. Has anyone else experienced this?
