Thank you for your reply. I am not brushing, only swishing - is this okay? Swishing with any acidic liquid solution can soften tooth enamel. Brushing can then remove some tooth enamel. I have read that softened tooth enamel will harden again after about an hour, when the acidic solution is removed from the mouth. 

Also, the solution I have access to is 3000ppm. Where do you get the 200ppm? In order to reduce 3000ppm CDS CLO2 to a lower concentration, you will need to dilute 3000ppm CDS with water. There are online calculators  you could use to calculate how much water to add. 

Let's say you want 500ml of 200ppm CDS. Enter the three known quantities, then click 'Calculate'. In this example that would be 33ml of 3000ppm CDS added to 467ml of pure water. (500 - 33 = 467ml)
