Buy MMS Drops in the U.S.

This is a clarification of my first post. In Jim's book, it says, using a 4% solution of HCl, add the same amount of activator on top of the MMS drops. 
So, my question is, where in the United States can I buy whatever it is he is calling "MMS drops" before the HCI is added.

Jim's definition of MMS is unactivated sodium chlorite solution (SCS). That would be bottle-A of the typical 2 bottle kit. There are sellers world-wide of those kits. I have read many comments from people who like to buy from KVlab.com in the USA.
