It seems chlorine dioxide decomposes into chlorine gas and oxygen. I've been noticing a chlorine smell here and it's the middle of winter. I just opened the window to air out the place. Isn't it supposed to be safe to use MMS/CDS? What do you do to avoid gas buildup?
