Syphilis Rashes

Ho long does it take for syphilis rashes on the palms and my forehead to go away, I am 13 Days on Protcol 1000, it has gotten better at first, I also feel much better, but the rashes somehow got worse and now also spread under my neck and upper torso, I am confused all the symptoms get better except for the rashes on my skin.
