I have edema in both feet, ankles and lower legs. Tried many ideas and finally found Dr. Berg on YouTube explain that Vitamin-B1 may help some people. 

For me, B1 has reduced the swelling by 70% after taking B1 once a day for 30 days.

Would this information, IYO, apply to Lymphedema?

That video may be the one about taking Vitamin-B1 for edema, which I have. Still have it even after taking B1, but the swelling is much less than before. 

"Lymphedema is a side effect of some cancer treatments." I don't know if B1 would help or not for Lymphedema. If you have it, and decide to try B1, let us know if it helps your condition. Thanks!
