I want to  start my son on CDS. He is 9 years old and thinks he has to constantly eat. I have read that you can space out doses and eating by 30 mins. What types of foods have you found are best to take between doses? Thank you!

Cheese is quite low in antioxidants, depending on the type of cheese of course.
And white bread (half a slice), but that could take a while to digest, I'm not sure.
It's a tricky one to figure out.

See the attached PDF for ideas.
In terms of the numbers in the PDF, 0.10 seems to be a good level, but you can perhaps go higher like white bread at 0.15, but only a snack, half a slice. Cheddar cheese is around the 0.06 - 0.09 mark.
