Hi everyone.  Just to state this again, I am so grateful to find this forum AND this product.  Also CL02...you are absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable.

I take 3-6 drops of CDS 3 times daily for maintenance and I have noticed that I have to pee more often.  It obviously could be bc im drinking more but I dont feel im drinking that much more.  Im not complaining at all, Im just so enthralled with this product that I want to know as much as I can.  Anybody else have frequent urination when taking CDS?  thanks to all.

"...I take 3-6 drops of CDS 3 times daily for maintenance..."

CDS is dosed in milliliters, not drops. Perhaps you mean activated drops of MMS1?

I tend to urinate more when I'm doing the 8-10 hours.
And taking MMS2 with water.

The other reason might be because your body is expelling toxins.

So stay hydrated.

"Common Sense" says that you should drink at least as much as you urinate. (+/-)
Your body is very good at balancing hydration, which is what thirst is for.
