I was wondering if there was any kind of alternate dosing schedule that involved a staggered application? Like an early morning dose, then pause long enough to have a regular breakfast. Then pause again followed by hourly doses and maybe a dose or two in the evening 1 1/2 hours after dinner.
I've lost a lot of weight when I stopped consuming dairy, red meat, and sugar. At this point I'm at the bottom of what's considered normal body mass for my height.

I encourage you to start eating meat again and to dose 1 hour before meals. Start with a morning dose only and once your weight returns to normal, slowly increase dosage to a level that doesn't cause you to lose weight again.

We dose hourly because that is about how long chlorine dioxide (CLO2) stays effective. If you dose every two or three hours, or ingest randomly, pathogens that you are trying to eliminate can recover between those long periods of no CLO2.

To be the most effective, dose consecutive hours and only eat snacks and drinks that are low in antioxidants during dosing hours. Attached is a PDF file talking about ingesting CLO2 and eating during dosing hours.

One hour or more after your last CLO2 dose of the day, you can eat anything you want and any quantity.

I'm a newby. Been lurking for a few months now. Not sure if an intro was required ... anyway ...

Slim Jim:  I had the same issue (losing a lot of weight) when I began the protocol. The first thing I did, besides panic, was to see what the weight guidelines suggested. I was still about 5 pounds from the lowest weight in the range for my height. So I ceased the panic but continue to keep a check on my current weight.

What I do:  I eat a large breakfast in the morning.  After 2 hours I begin the CDS protocol.  I take the CDS on the hour for eight hours (many people do 10 hours). I don't eat during that period and, yes, that in itself takes some adjusting to.  At least an hour after the last CDS dose - sometimes 1 1/2 hour or 2 hours - I eat ... a lot ...

So far I have maintained a weight that appears healthy and I am still at least 5 pounds from that lowest weight shown in the guides.
