Any opinions out there on using CBD oil during protocol 1000?

My elderly dog started having seizures a few months ago, and the CBD has been very good at preventing them and providing pain relief in other areas of his body.

He has been on MMS for quite some time for other issues, and I'm trying to decide the best way to use both.  I have tried to wean him off the MMS several times unsuccessfully, so I think that it is necessary for what I believe to be a nervous system/brain parasite.

Thanks and God bless.

I have been giving him the CBD only at bed time, but what I am really asking is for opinions on whether it would interfere with his MMS doses during the day.

I don't think that it would interfere at all. Have you tried using anti parasite medication like fenbendazole? That would certainly fix the brain parasite problem.

Interesting info here on CBD interactions.  The grapefruit test.  Other things that I am finding suggest that CBD can be a stronger antioxidant than vitC, which of course, suggests antagonism with ClO2.

Thanks, Enoch. I haven't tried fenben, because MMS/DMSO/MSM has worked so incredibly well for him. I may try it now, because I need to throw a hail mary soon, unfortunately.

The primary issue right now is the dreaded degenerative myelopathy which is getting closer and closer to paralysis.

We are on quite the basket of super herbs/nerve tonics and need the CBD on top of all that for seizure and pain prevention.

I see no other option right now than to stop MMS and go all-in on the other stuff. Maybe the fenben can control his other issues in place of the MMS once we see some progress on the DM.

Thanks again for your always prompt and helpful opinions.

I really hope it works because I know how much a dog means to a family. We lost our old boy years ago and it still hurts to this day. All the best, mate.

If you don't take them together, it would probably be fine.
Especially if they are separated outside of the Dosing Period.

It's possible that you aren't giving him/her enough MMS for long enough.

I know it's difficult to give it to them 8 hours a day. So you just have to do the best you can.
(it's that 8-hourly bang-bang-bang-bang... that really helps)

Hopefully you are following Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook" as closely as possible.

You could try actual MMS2, which would probably do some good stuff.
I've never given that to a non-human animal.

Have you used the Bentonite Clay Protocol. It's a good detox, too.
(in case it's a mold/fungus issue that MMS can't deal with, or it's causing the MMS to not work well)

Hasn't your veterinarian suggested Ivermectin (sp?) or one of the others?
They usually don't have a problem giving it to non-human animals.
