Hello everyone
I have been using CDS for 21 days. I started with 10 ml/1 L of water (10 doses per day). Now I have reached 30 ml/1 L of water (10 doses per day). I have had this problem for 10 days, I have headaches and attacks of drowsiness (frequent yawning).
I would like to know if these symptoms are normal or if something is wrong?
Please help.

Not sure if it is normal, but FWIW, both I and my old dog get very tired toward the end of our doses for the day and crash into a nap that is very hard to avoid before dinner. I didn't think much about it for a while, but it is so consistent for so long now that I can't help but think that it is related to the doses. Maybe something with blood oxygen levels?

I would think the headaches are a related to finally detoxing stuff that your body has been holding for years like heavy metals, glyphosate, fluoride, etc.

Personally, I'm not too concerned about it.

Drowsiness is a common complaint and may be caused by overdosing on CLO2.

Is there a reason you are taking 30ml daily of 3000ppm CDS?

You could reduce dosing back to 10ml daily and see if that helps.

I had bad herxing when I started but I had worms everywhere lol. Slowly goes away except if exposed to anything or anyone bad. I always accepted it to mean it was working. Follow the protocol and cut in half until symptoms are bearable then increase little by little.

Those are well known and common symptoms of Detoxing too much too quickly, called an Herxheimer Reaction.
So that's PROBABLY what it is.

Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook" suggests cutting your dose in half (the Halving Protocol)
and build back up to the original levels again over time.

If they are so bad you can't stand them.

But the idea is to feel better, not worse.

Thank you very much for all the advice.
I will reduce the dose by half and I think it will be
ok.
