Does MMS expire was created by MarleneM
I made up some MMS & have kept it in the frig.It was made up around 6 months ago. How long can it sit in the frig & still be used? The HCL I have is much older.(kept in the frig)

So I'm assuming you have the 2 different solutions, sodium chlorite and hydrochloric acid. If they are in glass bottles and in the frig they should be good. Mix up a few drops and the results are an amber liquid, and you should know what it smells like, then you're good to go.I have bottles that have sat for over 6 months and when I mix them they are good.

Testing as shown that MMS (22.4% SCS) begins to lose potency at about 18 months when kept at room temperature. HCL should last 3 years.
