Our legal situation that has resulted in my conviction, as well as the convictions my three sons. This experience has been incredibly difficult for us and has had a significant impact on our lives and those we care about.

This is a summary of our sentences:

Mark Scott Grenon (1), Count 1: Imprisonment for a term of 60 months, supervised release for 3 years, $100 special assessment, $1,948 restitution, and $5,000 fine; Counts 2, 3, Dismissed.

Joseph Timothy Grenon (4), Count 1: Imprisonment for a term of 60 months, supervised release for 3 years, $100 special assessment, $1,948 in restitution; Counts 2, 3, Dismissed.

Jonathan David Grenon (2), Count 1: Imprisonment for a term of 60 months, supervised release for 3 years, $100 special assessment; Counts 2, 3: Imprisonment for a term of 91 months,supervised release for 3 years. $300 special assessment, $1,948 in restitution.

Jordan Paul Grenon (3), Count 1: Imprisonment for a term of 60 months, supervised release for 3 years, $100 special assessment; Count 2: Imprisonment for a term of 91 months, supervised release for 3 years; Count 3: Imprisonment for a term of 91 months, supervised release for 3 years. $300 special assessment, $2,500 fine, and $1,948 in restitution.

I want you to know that, despite the circumstances that have led us to this situation, I have always had the intention of helping people with their health. Sometimes life takes us down unexpected paths, and I am committed to learning from this experience and seeking positive ways to contribute to society in the future.

At this moment, we need your support more than ever. I humbly ask that you keep us in your thoughts and prayers. The strength of the community and the support of close friends are crucial to keeping us strong and focused on the path of redemption and personal growth.

Furthermore, I am pleased to inform you that we are appealing the sentence. We firmly believe in justice and that there is more to discover in this case. We have 30 days to file our appeal, and we are committed to exhausting all available legal resources to seek a review of the sentence and ensure that justice is served.

Our families are devastated by the current situation, and it's important to note that we have relatives in Colombia and Miami who depend on us. This adds an extra layer of concern for us, as we strive to provide for our loved ones while facing these legal challenges.

And then they go on to ask for financial support.

No mention of "time served" counting. So that is strange.
Or "to be served concurrently", which sometimes they do and sometimes they don't.
I think at the discretion of the DA (s) and Judge and whatever laws are on the books for the jurisdiction.
Who knows why the sons got more time for the other counts and they weren't dismissed.

They probably had some piss-poor lawyers, who I would bet they didn't listen to, anyway.

I wouldn't be surprised if it (all of it) had something to do with their
"Only God can judge us and we don't recognize your authority" (non-) 'defense'.
They most likely Screwed the Pooch on that one.
Judges and Courts don't like that attitude.
I've never heard of it working, as one can imagine.
So they basically Martyred themselves before their God and Religious Beliefs.

Don't Hate the Player, Hate the Game, but Play the Game when it's in your Best Interests.

Or Suffer the Consequences.

I feel sorry for them, but imo they brought most of it on themselves.

So that's all unfortunate. And sad.

I hope they let them take MMS in the Prisons.
But I would not be surprised in the least if they did not.

If I may...having gone through a legal situation years ago that revolved around my religious beliefs(or lack there of) I would caution you and encourage you to be patient and reserve judgement. It's often easy to sit on the outside of a situation in a nice warm house, money, family around you, etc. and evaluate someone else decisions and think they shouldn't have. We all do it. Me included. It's just that after it happened to me I might make judgements in my mind or come to some conclusions after thinking of someone's situations but I keep them to myself and am very slow to divulge them to others.
I did like this line "Don't Hate the Player, Hate the Game, but Play the Game when it's in your Best Interests."
See my situation was much different and most of my religious friends thought I should not engage with the courts and legal system. But I played the game and played it well and yet lost more than I could have imagined. So even to this day they all say amongst themselves "I told you so" in all it's various forms.
So I've seen in my personal situation and later in a few situations of others where in all appearances they were just and right and played the game carefully and shrewdly and had obviously all the facts and proper documentation clearly in there favor and lost anyway. And yet it was easy for those watching from the outside to evaluate it later, like armchair quarterbacking, and see how they screwed themselves. And then sit back and feel good and have fake peace that it would never happen to them because they saw those other peoples errors and they think they are smarter. I would submit that even if the Grenon's had played their cards differently they would have lost anyway. The system was out to get them and make an example of them.

You certainly have my prayers, and I am praying for justice in your appeal. There are many who are persecuted and the word of God tells us to remember them in prayer and those in prison. I pray that you will be delivered from this evil.

There is a reason the fallen are referred to as heroes. Those that go first rarely survive but their courage lays the foundation for others to succeed, the giant shoulders to stand upon. I can only give you thanks and encouragement that you will ultimately prevail, respectfully yours in the struggle.

How does one get on an email list to get these updates on the Grenon's?

Yes, it would be nice to get an update. Does anyone know what's going on with the Grenons?

It wouldn't be due to his rather extreme Animal-Flesh and Animal-Product -based DIET, would it?

No, it most certainly CANNOT be THAT.

Almost ALL FAD Diet people/promoters/creators/authors of Low-Carb, High-Protein, Keto, Paleo, Atkins, etc...
have suffered and/or died from strokes, heart disease, cancers of various kinds, etc., that can almost always
be statistically linked to their very poor unnatural unhealthy diets, and MOST of those who follow these FAD Diets
will sadly do the same.

I'm sure the extreme stress of what they're going through hasn't helped in many ways.

I have never read or heard if they are allowing them to use MMS in Prison.
I would guess not, but I hope they are.

Since I don't BELIEVE in "God", I'll send him "white light" and "good thoughts".
