So what foods are people eating that are low enough not to interfere with the protocols? I have looked at many lists but i would like to know from the forum. So far it seems like eggs, celery, pumpkin seeds and brown rice are ok. I appreciate any info.

I would also like to see some suggestions of ok meals. I have eaten a weston a price like diet for 25 years, Bone based soups, meat, veggies organ meats once/week, lots of garden fresh veggies, herbs and fruit. Now I have gone to no fruit, no herbs or spices, no fresh greens. Just meat, fish, broth and veggies.

What do people eat on this program???
