Yes, HOCL is an oxidizer as CLO2 is. HOCL is naturally made in the human body and CLO2 is not. 

Make HOCL using a high quality electrolyzer such as the Eco One or new Micro.

Yes, HOCL is an oxidizer as CLO2 is. HOCL is naturally made in the human body and CLO2 is not. 

Make HOCL using a high quality electrolyzer such as the Eco One or new Micro.

Is there any research on the efficacy of HOCL in relation to Chlorine Dioxide ?  Is one better than the other and if so why?  Please enlighten me as I will sleep better if I get to the bottom of this.
