J10Davis Topic Author Offline Senior Member Posts: 68 Thank you received: 7	Has anyone found that cds is not as strongas mms. I've only just started cds and have been using MMS but it makes me feel so ill am trying cds. Am putting 10ml in a litre of water, is this correct.

If you've used MMS1 before you can probably start with 10ml. Some start with 5ml and work up.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
