I use the bottle cap floating in a jar method to make a single oral use dose for a day once a week since I have no health issues it's more for maintenance. I'm currently working on a way using dry mms in a capsule taken with small amounts of water,again for convenience.

RJi Offline Premium Member Posts: 90 Thank you received: 30	I just read the above PDF along with another I found about a year ago highlighting how stomach acid can affect clo2 concentrations. I think CDS is simply more consistent dosage wise. Thank you to whoever created those.

I've been drinking 3 ml in a quart of water throughout the day for a couple of weeks. Haven't noticed any effects positive or negative but it has greatly increased my dream recall, which has been nice!
