Hey there MMS gang!

im a newbie here & I have some questions about the Mold & Fungus protocol that Im needing some guidance on. I promise that I will disclose my health story here and elaborate at another time, but for now I will just ask my general questions. (my story is VERY long & complex you never heard of one like it before)

So, anyway as for my questions... Im on day 4 of the starting procedure today and according to the M&F protocol on day 5 is when clay begins & with 5 doses every 2 hours. My question is do we still continue to take the MMS hourly doses on that day as well, because it doesn't seem to specify?

Thanks in advance peeps! I know there are some great experienced users here so I welcome your feedback and advice

thanks for your reply.

so I have the updated PDF version of the guide book and I have those same instructions, however it doesn't specifically say to not take the MMS doses on that day, it only suggest the clay doses, so I wasn't sure if maybe it was implying that we still do the MMS doses as normal.

So I guess that means that I messed up yesterday. I did the clay doses every 2 hours and I did the MMS doses hourly. I feel okay so idk if maybe now I should just try a day of just the clay doses today and see how I feel since I messed up that part
