Hi does anyone know if MMS or CDS can help with anxiety or depression? I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck in this area, or have heard about this? thank you.

I think it depends on what is causing the anxiety in the first place.  If it's lyme then yes it should help.

My lifelong Chronic Depression was helped GREATLY.

But I was not only using MMS, I was also eating the McDougall 'Diet'. (McVegan Dietary Lifestyle)

So I can't say 100% that it was the MMS that helped my Depression, or the change in diet, or a combination.

As the other poster stated, it probably depends on the root cause of the Depression.
But MMS/CD seems to have helped a lot of people with a variety of "brain issues".
(probably, as usual, by removing some toxic pathogen that was causing the issues)

There is 1 Testimonial about Depression, and I think I've read or heard a couple of others.

The above person also had some teeth work done, which could have also helped
with his depression. Either a little, or a lot, or not at all.

I would go with the Can't Hurt, Might Help philosophy.

I agree. depression is something I have dealt with for about 5 years. but it suddenly just left me over time . and It had nothing to do with mms.

definitely I was suffering from some form of chemical imbalances. a lot of it has to do with testosterone as well. even though your testosterone shows normal in blood tests, it does do some chemical changes when it goes up or down as compared to your past. also even if your testosterone is normal or higher, sometimes the body is converting a lot of it into oestrogen causing depression.

so these are not things that mms could help.

pathogen related I totally agree mms is handy.
