So, which herbal teas are allowed?  I'm only getting general information from the book that some will contain anti-oxidants.  My search on this forum just repeats what's in the book.  What herbal teas have you successfully used?

Also, I'm seeing conflicting advice on eating, with the book saying 30 minutes after a dose and lasting no more than 15 minutes and some on here saying you have to wait for an hour and a half after eating for the first dose and the same after the last dose.  I'm sorry, but I'm not waiting until 8 pm to eat!

Jim's book says "some herbal teas". You can do a search on this forum to maybe find more info.

I try to only drink water during the 8-hour (or 10-hour 'extended', with an hour on each side) dosing period.
That is the "safest". And I can "survive" that.

Afaik, you can use the 1/2 hour while eating your lunch, or snacks, and then 1 hour (to 2 hours)
before and after for breakfast and dinner.

You can drink herbal teas anytime before and after the "extended" dosing period.

if you are using an oxidiser like mms to kill pathogen in your body, wont you like to give it some time to work in your body ?

a half hour minimum would be good to do so. if you can wait an hour and a half even better.

mixing teas, tea of any kind is an antioxidant. useless using mms if you immediately jump onto tea.
