Hi all...is it best to do a liver cleanse before starting your first MMS protocol? I mainly need to use MMS to detox from heavy metals and have hx of Lyme and autoimmune thyroid issues. Unfortunately had lots of previous vaccines from traveling before I knew better (not the Covid shot though) I have everything here at home I need to start MMS but wasn’t sure about the liver question. Any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you!

I don't know if it's best but it certainly can't hurt. I'm new here and have done one liver cleanse about a month ago. Searched for answers while working with an herbalist (it's so damn expensive and I can't keep up with it) and then I did more research into MMS and decided to go this route. I have candida and/or a mold issue, along with a thyroid issue. This all stemmed from major stress with my husband losing his job over a year ago and I know stress creates candida (not my first bout with candida, it's been a problem all my life). This winter I got colds, coughs and sinius issues from february until end of May when I got that damn virus that people call covid. So now I'm ready to kick this out to the curb. I'm going to do the MMS Mold/Fungus Protocol to start and do weekly (if I can) liver flushes. I want to hit this from all angles. Good luck

post starting mms I checked my kidney and liver function.

my albumin secretion is just below the normal limit of the high spectrum.

35 - 50 g/L is the normal range for a normal liver for serum albumin . mine currently is running at max . my reading is 50 g/L

so you gotta be careful. your body is your own . you know how it works. everyone else's positive testimonial wont necessarily be positive for you .

your body is working hard on mms already .... dont overdo your body . do your cleanse and then start mms id say.
