I've started my MMS ....1 activated drop in the morning in water and 1 activated drop in the evening- starting slow and plan on increasing dose eventually.....I've been miserable....sleep like a rock for 8 or 9 hours but wake up unrested, feeling like crap...with no appetite.....I have to work but feel extremely irritable and cranky- please tell me your experiences and how long it will take for this to pass. Plan on making some CDS and using that instead- Thanks to all

Maybe do the Starting Protocol first before doing 1 drop.

Day 1 - 1/4 drop every hour for 8 hours.
Day 2 - 1/2 drop every hour for 8 hours.
Day 3 - 3/4 drop every hour for 8 hours.
Day 4 - 1 drop every hour for 8 hours.

Then start Protocol 1000 which is a maximum of 3 drops, but many people don't reach 3 drops, some can only do 1 or 2 drops. Everyone is different.
Start with 1 drop for a week, then increase to 1 1/2 for a week, etc.

Some people even stay on 1/2 a drop for weeks increasing very very slowly, it all depends on the person.

I think you started too fast. The trick is to start slow and low.

Look into getting Jim Humble's book MMS Health Recovery Guidebook. It has everything you need in there.

im up to ten drops in one go with very little water. and honestly, I am not feeling sick nor am I getting the shits.

this is uncanny, because I have always suffered each time I used mms in the past.

I guess the supplier hasn't sent me great quality product. the bottling , packing etc. is all great, but im just amused at how the product just won't become dark brown no matter how many drops I put. in .
