Hi,
Would anyone be willing to share with me which foods they know are safe to eat and will not interfere with the MMS during its eight hour interval. I understand that it is best to eat light snacks 15 minutes after taking a dose of MMS, but I want to be as careful as possible due to my chronic illness. On my first day I ate some white rice in between doses.
In addition, would water fasting during the 8 hours make this process more effective.
Thank you so much,

I believe it's 30 minutes after taking a dose, not 15 minutes.

Here is a list of foods with their antioxidant count. Try stick to things with a number of 0.10 or lower.

Yes, you need to give yourself a margin of 30 minutes before and after taking a dose for food and 2 hours for other drugs.

Foods to avoid are any fruit juices that contain antioxidants, coffee, alcohol, sodium bicarbonate (aka baking soda), ascorbic acid (aka vitamin C), and conservatives / vitamin supplements that contain antioxidants.
