I am new to the chlorine dioxide treatments and I am trying to get as much info as I can. I already have the Jim Humble Health Recovery Guidebook but am still wanting to glean a little more info from people using MMS or CDS. From what I have read, CDS may be the best option overall, when all things are considered. So, here's a question I have:I know it is recommended to take CDS hourly for 8 or more hours per day (until healed of your sickness or until your 3 week detoxification is finished). But, is anyone taking the CDS for less than 8 hours a day... such as 4, 5, or 6 hours a day? And for those taking it 8 (or more) hours a day, is anyone breaking up the hours? Such as taking it 4 hours in the morning and the other 4 hours late in the evening / at night?  These questions are also for anyone taking MMS or CDS.

There is Protocol 115 that has you take CDS every 15 minutes for 2 hours. Additionally, you could take regular hourly doses after that if you care to.

You might want to visit mmsinfo.org. There is a huge library of documentation on MMS in all it's forms.

Just 3 drops MMS,  first thing in the morning and on an empty stomach
 Doing so now for just daily maintenance and prevention.

It comes down to what protocol you're following and why.

The preventive protocols are straightforward in terms of frequency and dosage.

If you're not sick but are taking it anyway, then there's really no answer to your question because it doesn't matter. Whichever way you choose to take it, you will see no difference as you are healthy already.

If however you are treating something then try to stick to the most appropriate protocol and respect the frequency as reasonably as possible. Breaking up the 8 hour frequency into two 4-hour periods will not be as effective as the 8-hour straight, but it will still do something. The beauty of it is that there is no ill effect to overdosing so listen to your body as you adapt the protocols to your own needs, it's the best way to go about it.
