What is the difference in the various oral MMS options? Is pre-mix as good as unmixed? Is citric acid somehow better or different then hydrochloric when making mixed?

Are there any links or videos that give the run down on MMS? 
I been taking DSMO for awhile and my search for knowledge/questions lead me to the marvelous product known as MMS.

Here are a set of mms/cds training videos for you to study.

Cds is best for delicate systems as it is a solution that is neutral from what i gather from this Andreas Kalcker video on how to make it.
