I struggled a bit with getting results in the beginning also. For me it was what I was eating. You can’t eat any antioxidant food while you are dosing. Neither any supplements. In fact I had to stop taking vitamin C 100% during the duration of any protocol. Anything that is an antioxidant will neutralize MMS since it’s oxidative. When I eat during my dosing period, for example, I will take my dose at 1pm. Wait 25 minutes to eat something light like crackers or chicken. I give myself a 10 minute window to eat. Finish by 1:35 and then dose again at 2pm. Hope this helps!
