I am a bit confused.
I thought CD was a powerful pathogen killer yet I've been stuck with a cold for a few days now despite taking CD.
My son was also not feeling well either and it's been 5 days despite taking CD.
1) What has your experience been with CD and having a cold or flu?
2) How long did it take you to overcome a cold/flu while taking CD?
3) I realize that CD is not perfect but when you are fighting a cold and its not going away despite taking CD, you can get discouraged because of hearing stories of miraculous recovery from malaria or some other ailment. Anyone else battled longer than expected despite taking CD?
Thank you for any insight!

But as I said, I am fairly new to all this and I don't know for sure if CD and MMS are the exact same thing. If they are not the same thing, then maybe Jim Humble's rules do not apply to using "CD"...

I was doing 3 activated drops every hour.
A couple doses I did do 6 activated drops to see if that might help.

I believe the difference between MMS and CD is the activator. MMS uses citric acid and CD usings hydrochloric acid.
What are the 9 rules?
The link to purchase Jim's book does not work.
Thank you.

Most people use hydrochloric acid to activate MMS these days (producing MMS1), not citric acid. Thanks for your reply.

CD is chlorine dioxide (MMS1). CDS is chlorine dioxide solution.

I created a thread not long ago about the rules. Here is the link to the thread: mmsforum.io/goto/general/36407-is-anyone-else-disillusioned-with-the-complicated-mms-process
I wrote in my previous post that there are 9 rules, but I actually posted a list of 10 "rules" in the above mentioned thread. However, #10 is not so much a "rule", but it is something that has to be dealt with (regarding the taste of MMS).
As for Jim Humble's book, here is a link to a free PDF of the book: www.heartmindhealing.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/MMS-Jim-Humble-book.pdf
Be aware of Jim's suggestion about brushing your teeth with MMS. Jim says it is safe for your teeth to do so, but some other people have said that it is bad for your teeth. It might be best to play it safe and avoid his suggestion to brush your teeth with MMS.

Charlotte Lackney's data speaks for itself.
MMS1 (made with 50% CA).. = 2.7 pH (CA = citric acid)
MMS1 (made with 4% HCL).. = 2.5 pH (HCL = hydrochloric acid)
This recipe made with CDS = 4.8 pH (2 tests average 4.8 pH with 2 different CDS batchs; 1 old, 1 new)
This recipe made with CDH = 3.5 pH (tested with freshly made CDH)
mmsinfo.org/infosheets/MMS1_Teeth_Brushing_Procedure_pH_Testing_Results.pdf
CDS seems to be the best of the bunch. Some people add baking soda to increase alkalinity. Test for yourself. Neutral is 7.
