I recently posted about making my own Liposomal vitamin . I hadn't been supplementing with any C. I started about a month ago and gradually started having flu like symptoms. I hadn't been sick at all in over 4 years. Been using mms on and off for atleast 10 years. I did not get "Covid tested" . I didn't miss a day of work, but for 3 weeks , felt achy , some fever, tired. Today In feel near 100 %.  Stopped the C about a week ago. I suspect my body had a detox reaction to the flood of vitamin C. Anyone else ever experience this with Vitamin C ? 
I want to start taking it again, will probably cut down to tsp. from a tbls. Per day
