I have been making CDS and putting in a 4 oz. glass bottle with a spray top. I like the spray top because the bottle never has to be opened, so no CD gas will escape. The spray top does have a metal spring in it, which I assume is safe because Jim Humble talks about putting MMS in a spray bottle. Is it correct that the metal in the spray bottle is ok?

I put 5 sprays in 1/2 oz. of water and swish for about a minute after each meal, which really helps my gum health.  Is CDS safe for daily long term use to swish for teeth, gums and dental work?
