You could use an HDPE pipette, although I have not seen one that screws onto a bottle.

I've been using a 4 oz. glass bottle with a typical bulb on the top. I'm still not sure if this type of bulb is ok to use with CDS or not?

I've been mixing 5 to 10 drops of CDS to 1/2 oz. of water and swishing for 1 minute before I brush my teeth, and my gums have never been healthier!
I do notice that every time I open the bottle, some of the CD gas escapes, and the solution gets quite a bit weaker over time. I will probably try using smaller bottles to avoid this.
