Your so kind. Thank you so much for your advice and sharing your story. I’m so scared and feeling alone here away from family. This tyranny is horrible. 
I will try the NAC and vitamin c. I’ve been staying away from but c because it is suggested by Jim in the book. I will do the 2 hour after mms protocol. 

Ive finally got to the right level of mms2. Soon I’ll start ramping up my mms1. 
Mom only at 4 drops, 5 drops makes me feel like sick. 
I have been periodically putting dmso on my skin. I shake internally for hours like up to 6 hours. Other days 2 hours. 

Im doing enemas, bath, teeth brushing, douche. I was doing the nose rinse but it was making my nose worse. Probably because of mold in my nose. 

Imnot sure if I can put clay in my nose rinse??? Do you know or heard of it being done?

Thank you for sharing with me. That’s a good idea. Start with 1/4 a drop. They say to take 3 drops per 1 drop of mms and it makes me feel like I’m totally missing mark reacting this way to dmso. 
I know it’s important to penetrate the deeper tissue etc. 

i am doing mms1 and mms2 now. Sometime stop to do mold protocol then start again. DMSO is the main issue that I wish I was able to tolerate. 
I sprayed mms1 and dmso on my skin last night and it internally shaky allnight. 
Lucky I can sleep and only wake up 1x last night. 
I must be so sensitive to it.

I will go slow with dmso and drink heaps of water and rest.

Do you mean do a sinus rinse with clay and then another after without to rinse clay out of nose?

I just started a CDS protocol and started with 1 ml, that was okay. went up to 2ml in 1L the next day and now I can't stop shaking internally either. I can't sleep, everytime I try to fall asleep my body has a convulsion or jolt and I wake back up in pain and with like an adrenaline rush.  This sounds similar. Did yours resolve, how long did that take?
