Hi there, Im looking to find someone who might have some input on intermittent fasting and a clean diet awhile using MMS1. I've been diagnosed with cancer but still don't know the full diagnosis. From what I understand it is a giant cell tumour that is malignant and I believe now is called a sacroma of the tendon shealth. I will learn more soon. I have been inundated with appts as I'm sure many of you can relate to awhile trying to do everything possible to fight this, win, and regain optimal health.
As I read and learn more, I become concerned that if, I am doing too many things consecutively that it may be counterproductive.
I would really appreciate if, anyone has input or advise.
I will also add that I am going to be starting radiations sessions on Wednesday which is another concern, while I am doing all of this.
Looking forward to hearing from anyone. Thank you.

Howdy LHealth,
I do keto/carnivore and eat one meal a day (OMAD) which is 23/1 intermittent fasting. I undertake various protocols and have many supplements that require a fasted state and I find it's easiest to do OMAD to make everything work.

I'm new to the MMS P 1000 but I have not experienced any negative effects from taking MMS in a fasted state thus far. From what I've read, antioxidants counteract the healing, oxidative characteristics of the MMS so I'm currently researching which of my supplements I need to shift around. It's a work in progress. I have noticed the MMS increases my appetite.

After years of experimenting with diet and fasting I find the higher fat content in ketogenic diets keep me satiated throughout the fasting period.

Im fighting different demons so have no experience to share regarding cancer but I wish you the best of luck on your healing journey!

Regards,
shinepuppy

Hi,
I was watching some videos with Valter Longo.
He has created a fasting program called the Fasting Mimicking Diet. Basically it's a diet with reduced calories and select ingredients which 'mimics' a water fasting diet.
It states that if you are going to take chemo, you protect your non cancerous cells if you fast at the same time as the treatment. From this it suggests that you can actually just water fast, rather than do the FMD since it was designed to to be used instead of fasting because people struggled with water fasting.
If you're going to have treatment, you could consider fasting as an adjunct therapy to enhance the effects.
I'm not sure if you could use MMS instead of a treatment like chemo. Both are oxidants.
I believe the fasting timescale is days - something like 4/5 days water fasting. With IF it's usually within a day.
Hope that helps.
JB

Hi JoeBlogs,

That was actually what I was thinking re: water fasting if, chemo is suggested by the doctors. I'm not there yet, and hopefully not but, I will be doing radiation in order to reduce the tumor, making it more operable.
I really am against chemo and would highly consider using the MMS all while fasting. I've really reduced my eating and only eat once a day (clean eating) working towards a water fast. Which is pretty much what I have during the day as we speak.

Thank you for the info. All info/input is helpful.

Yeah, it looks promising from what the research says. IMO, you’ve got nothing to lose by fasting with the treatments. I actually have no problems fasting for 4/5 days. Some people do struggle with it though. If this is an issue, you could consider also the mimicking diet. There’s actually a product designed by Dr Longo you can buy. It’s made by a company called Prolon. It costs around $150 for a weeks supply. You only supposed to take it for a week out of the month if I remember right. So basically, from what Dr Longo says, the FMD is used instead of water fasting but has more or less the same benefits wrt cancer. The claims are it protects your good cells while exposing the cancerous cells and used with an oxidant (chemo for example) the cancer gets oxidized and killed.
Personally, IMO, if it was me I’d consider trying an oxidant like MMS before chemo. You could always try chemo later. However, even before that, I’d probably consider proteolytic pig pancreas enzymes as explained by the Nikolas Gonzales protocols.
Hope it works out for you.
