When using chlorine dioxide ( MMS1 or CDS ) when is it okay to use my daily vitamin, mineral, antioxidants?  Especially in using CL02 for Covid treatment,
I have read foks say its okay 3o minutes, 1 hour after, 2 hours after and one person state CL02 stays in our system for up to 72 hours.

Some Covid protocols prescribe high multiple doses of Vit C, Vit D, Zinc, Glutathione, NAC, Quercetin, melatonin, and more like multi vitamins, collodial silver etc.

in addition, does CLO2 interfere with Ivermectin?

I feel the desire to use both the supplement protocol above and MMS to treat Covid or even a common cold/flu.

Can i ? if so, how's it best to take both protocols?

last  item for any user or knowledge of people using HUMIRA.  Any idea if CLO2 interfers with Humira?

Thanks!

I don’t know the answer to your question but I also am wondering the same thing. I just started the MMM protocol 1000 today and got of my vitamins since I was taking vit c, zinc, NAC etc., and I wasn’t sure if/ when I should take them.

I take many of the same, but with my breakfast before I start taking the MMS; also when I stop for the Day.  I wait an hour before and after.  There are many opinions on the timing also, but that is what I can do.
