mms + dmso for cystitis/prostatitis

Hi, I have been on protocol 1000+ for two weeks to get rid of chronic cystitis/prostatitis. The penis glans is also infected (redish) at some places. I have started to put my penis glans in a small glass of water with mms + dmso for a couple of minutes three times per day. First it got really red and bled a little bit. Seems like the infection didn't like to get killed because I kept at it and after a week the red areas turned healthy. But then a couple of days ago it started to show a little red again, like the infection is coming back a little bit (getting resistant).

Seems like a stubborn infection as it survives even the toughest treatment. Any advice?
