I cant stop burping or Coughing

I've been following the Mold and Fungus protocol for almost2 months.. bTW I read The Health Recovery Guidebook 2016.  I have been burping and passing gas like crazy for 2 months.  I am not sure if the Bentonite clay is causing the gas.  I've taken 3 senna tablets every night for 2 months to avoid constipation.  Maybe the senna tablets are causing the gas burping and passing gas.  I am not sure if the mold in my body is causing the gas.  I just know I CAN NOT STOP IT...  I've tried to drink 10 drops of HCL in an ounce of water.. that helps a little but burns my stomach.    Today I also started coughing a lot for the first time since Ive been on the protocol....   I will perform the coughing protocol tonight and hopefully, that will stop the coughing so that I can sleep tonight.  I did have progress today.... I am improving....  But I am confused because of the amount of gas in my system.. Please help me

You aren't supposed to take senna for more than 1 week because it can stop the bowel from working apparently. It can also cause liver damage, and kidney impairment. It can also cause gas. If a person becomes iodine sufficient mold and fungus will not be a problem...

Jim says to use senna to relieve constipation caused by bentonite clay.  If I don't use senna every night.. I'll be constipated the next day.  Jim also says, in his book, to stay on on the mold/fungus protocol, which includes bentonite clay, until the mold is removed from the body. 

The burping and coughing were caused by candida overgrowth.  I've taken MMS with the proper percentages for the last 10 days and the burping is

almost a thing of the past.. MMMS is amazing.
