There is a coalition of doctors called COMUSAV who use CDS to treat patients in Latin America and Spain. Go to their Facebook page and ask for the new protocols and ask the English version. The vice president of the coalition speaks very good English. He went to University in the USA

They have issued recently new protocols based on their observations and experience in the last year. These are physicians.

It is not just a protocol. It depends on the severity of the disease. That thing can get really nasty so one has to assess the severity and the age of the person too. An elderly? A child? A sick adult with some other health issues? I saw it and it is extensive. But easy to understand.
